Bailey 1993-2008
I had to put down my best friend and constant companion last week. He was my shadow and had been with me for fifteen years. Bailey was best known for his love of balls and chasing anything thrown his way. He loved swimming and it didn’t matter if it was a lake, river or even the ocean. That was when he was at his best!
Bailey had Degenerative Myelopathy. He was losing his ability to use his back legs, though he didn’t seem to notice. He has a happy dog with a strong heart and soul but his body just wasn’t there for him.
Bailey will be missed by his many friends and family. As many of you know; pets have a unique way of getting into your heart. He will always be in mine.
His soul is now free to run and swim once again.
Thanks, Bailey, for being in my life!

I’m sorry about your friend! My wife, Virginia, and I hope you find comfort and peace knowing what a great dog Bailey was.

Sorry to hear about your dog Mark. No matter how you look at it it’s like losing a family member. I know how you feel hang in there.

Mark, I am concerned we are getting close to the same with one of our 16 year old cats, Pucci. She is getting thinner by the day. Lar

I lived with Mark and Bailey for almost three years. They were the best roommates I ever had. The six of us (I have three cats)shared many wondeful times together and I look back on that period in my life with the fondest memories. I will miss you, Bailey. We all loved you very much. ~Camille
